The homeowner of the Swan Bay Villa has a strong love for rustic style with contrasting colors, especially the authentic feeling from natural materials such as wood, rough stone... with raw surfaces which have not been subjected to any treatment.

Responsible for both design and construction for Swan Bay Villa, Baris Arch accompanied the contractor at the factory, continuously ensuring the surface quality of the materials produced in accordance with the rustic "rustic" spirit that the homeowner desired. The implementation process is closely followed by the design plan, creating a unique living space combining tropical style with colors that bring strong visual effects such as blue from encaustic tiles, black iron, brick red, orange brown from wood and leather.
